Hal Leonard's Showkits are a series of junior musicals created by Musical Theatre International. These musicals can only be used with actors in grade nine or under. A showkit costs $550-$595 plus shipping. For that you receive all of the materials plus the right to perform the show as many times as you would like within a one year period. Each Showit contains:
30 Student Libretto/Actor Scripts
1 Piano/Vocal Score
1 Director's Script (including Production Handbook and Cross-curricular Book)
2 Performance/Accompaniment CDs
1 Choreography DVD
30 Family Matters brochures
1 Media Disc ($595 Showkits only)
To learn more about any musical in the Broadway Junior Collection, an Audio Sampler is available for each show at the cost of $10 plus shipping. Each sampler contains a student script and audio CD. A Super Sampler is available for the Disney Jr ShowKits at $15 and includes a student script, an audio CD, and a promotional DVD.
