As they do so well, the Poormans have paired an original melody with two familiar tunes -- AMAZING GRACE and the English folk melody 'The Water Is Wide' -- to bring us this anthem suitable for general occasions. While most of the work is written for two-part or SAB, the middle section is scored for four-part voices and features an alternate text for use at Communion.
