A medium swinger that’s really nice. Includes an optional flute part that adds color to the chart and gives it a unique flavor. Opens with a combo within the band featuring Alto, Trumpet and the optional Flute and then really gets down to some serious ensemble writing which is always a feature of Mark Latham charts. After an open solo section (written suggested solos are provided), the combo reprises the theme and then it’s off to the big finish.
