In contrast to Vince Guaraldi's up-tempo Linus and Lucy (also of Peanuts fame), this theme is a laid-back medium tempo swinger that alternates between a 2 feel and a walking 4 feel. Plenty of tutti ensemble playing is featured, and there is a solo included for any sax.
