This work by Texas composer Mark Hierholzer was premiered at the 2000 Southwest ACDA convention, and can be performed by SA voices with soloist or SSA voices. In ABA form, the work features an exciting rhythmic drive that unfolds into a glorious outpouring of joy contrasted with the sustained and lyric middle section. An outstanding showpiece for treble choruses from children to adult.
