Barbara Kinyon, with her genesis at scoring for two-three octave bell choirs, gives us a Christmas gem. The traditional 16th Century English melody "Greensleeves" is set here with the William Dix text in mind, WHAT CHILD IS THIS. The "hook" in this short setting is the addition of choirchimes in the lower octave.
