Hal H. Hopson has created a vibrant and stately anthem on Christ's resurrection. The organ, brass, handbells, and timpani all add quite a bit to this work. A cappella writing is interspersed, giving beautiful juxtapositions between vocal-only sections and full ensemble. This would make a joyous addition on Easter morning.
