Reminding us of God’s eternal presence and promise to remain our faithful companion, this inspirational anthem based on Psalm 121 nurtures a personal and corporate faith in the Lord. Although mostly unison throughout, a creative two part section near the beginning passes the melody back and forth from one group to the other. Both groups combine together for the majestic B section that ends with choir and congregation singing the first stanza of “O God, Our Help in Ages Past".
