Well known New York jazz writer Andy Farber has produced another great composition, this one is in the Duke Ellington mold. Alternates between Latin and swing sections throughout and features a trumpet solo (which can easily be played other instruments). Lots of interesting ensemble writing makes this chart a wonderful choice for contest, festival or concert performances. This chart includes an optional flute part.
