Our “Peace of Mind” Maintenance Plan provides comprehensive protection and peace of mind, ensuring your instrument stays in top playing condition without unexpected repair costs. Our skilled and certified technicians guarantee your instrument receives top-notch care!

Comprehensive Repair Coverage

Accidents can happen despite your best efforts, and repairs can be costly. With our plan, you can avoid these unexpected expenses:

Woodwinds (Flute, Clarinet, Oboe, Saxophone)

Repairs Covered: Adjustments, replacement of bent or broken parts, fixing chips and cracks.
Component Protection: Keys, pads, corks, mouthpiece or headjoint, body, and case.
Dent Repairs: Coverage for dents that affect the instrument’s playability.

Brass (Trombone, Trumpet, Baritone, French Horn, Tuba)

Specific to Trombone: Slide, slide latch, water key, mouthpiece, and case.
General Brass Coverage: Valves, slides, springs, corks, mouthpiece, and case.
Repairs Included: Adjustments, addressing sticking or bent valves, and necessary replacements.
Dent Coverage: Repairs for dents that impair playability.

Percussion (Snare & Bell Kit, Marimba, Xylophone)

Components Protected: Heads (split), lugs (stripped), shells, frames, pins, bars, cord, resonators, and case.

Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello, Bass)

Component Coverage: Body, pegs, fine tuners, tailpiece, chin rest, bow, bridge, and case.
Repair Services: Fixing tuner problems, addressing body separations, replacing bow hair, and other necessary repairs.
String Replacement: Coverage includes replacement of strings as needed.

Total Instrument Replacement

If your instrument is stolen, damaged, or destroyed, Popplers Music will replace it with a comparable instrument at no additional cost. Conditions apply:

Active Plan Required: Your Maintenance Plan must be active and your account current at the time of the incident.
Required Documentation: A police or fire department report is needed for replacement.
Replacement Details: The replacement may be a different brand or model based on availability.

Cost: $6-$8 per month

Repairs are performed by certified Popplers Music technicians. Additionally, our plan offers the convenience of a FREE LOANER INSTRUMENT during repair periods.

Exclusions

Popplers Music’s Peace of Mind Maintenance Plan does not cover:

Instruments not listed on your current contract.
Damage from malicious intent or unqualified repair attempts.
Services or parts from non-affiliated sources. Repairs from other shops will void your plan. Until your lease is paid off, the instrument remains the property of Popplers Music.
Consumables such as reeds, oils, creams, sticks, mallets, or rosin.
Cosmetic repairs or finish restoration.
Case replacements.

Ultra-Sonic Chemical Cleaning

Ultrasonic cleanings are completed “as needed” at the discretion of our professional repair technicians.
