The hauntingly beautiful English folk song, "I’ll Love My Love," tells the story of a young lady grief-stricken after her true love is sent off to sea. This arrangement is based on the second movement of Holst’s band masterwork, Second Suite for Military Band. A great piece to teach phrasing and expression as every section gets a musical moment to shine. A solid choice for any concert or contest program.
