A tender melody in 3/4 meter frames this simple, reverent picture of Christ gathered with His disciples at the Last Supper. Subtle harmonic color and a lilting (optional) flute obbligato enhance the scene as Christ intones, "Remember me." This flexible piece can be performed by SAB choirs or, by omitting the alto part, two-part mixed voices.
