This piece is an arrangement of the seventh and final movement of Gorczycki's "Completorium" ("Compline"). Written for SATB chorus, SATB soloists, two violins, two trumpets (optional), and organ as the keyboard continuo instrument, the rhythmic drive and joyful nature of the music will make this a perfect choice for a festival setting.
