Composer Bryan Sable’s original Latin text translates to "Fear is in the mind, courage in the heart. Persevere and overcome." A driving, percussive ostinato in the first verse is balanced by a thoughtful, lyrical B section that reflects the themes of fear and courage. Layered melodies and an intense accompaniment make this piece exciting from start to finish.
