Originally recorded by jazz fusion masters The Rippingtons, this chart for jazz ensemble features a great Birdland-like groove and Gordon Goodwin's creativity and total command of the big band idiom. The sax section is featured along with solo space for alto. Originally published in 1992, here's a chart that will never sound old.
