How We Thank You contains 10 modern worship songs designed specifically for the student-lead worship band or for the modern, emerging church seeking songs dealing with contemporary topics, such as Social Justice. Arranged specifically in congregational-friendly keys, How We Thank You echoes timelesstruths from God's Word, marrying raw and honest lyrics with edgy and earthy melodic treatments.
Musically, you will hear a rich tapestry of fresh psalm-like tunes that are full of heart, scripture, and musical artistry and are easily adaptable to any worship set. Designed with students in mind, the project is easy enough for most worship teams to learn yet meets the discriminating sonic criteria of the modern church. Rather than copying a vibe from some other worship projects, How We Thank You has its own unique sound - which draws the listener in from the opening notes.
Featuring a worship leader, group vocals, and complete band charts, How We Thank You is a must-have for your student worship team, choir, or contemporary group. The Worship Band Training Pack contains four audio CDs (electric/acoustic guitar, bass guitar, keyboard/piano, and drums) are designed as training tools for students and life-long learners! The musician will hear and feel their part as it interacts with the band. There are also group vocal rehearsal tracks available that underscore the importance of training. The digital songbook + trax contains reproducible lead sheets, chord charts, group vocals, lyric text files as well as a split-channel accompaniment CD for practice or performance!
Another benefit is that these arrangements are easily adaptable to both large and small worship choirs, as well as, to smaller, tight vocal ensembles often used in contemporary settings. Adding to its flexibility, you can use chord charts for your worship band or our top-quality accompaniment CD in split-channel format. Very highly recommended!
