Based on two Christmas tunes, a traditional English carol and RESONET IN LAUDIBUS, this joyful acclamation for Advent announces the Lord's coming with numerous alleluias. Patrick Liebergen has beautifully woven the two melodies into the choral, flute and keyboard parts. The considerable amount of two-part choral writing with occasional four-part texture will enable the singers to quickly learn this spirited work.
