Subtitled 'Service in Ninths' the Westminster Service was composed for the Choir of Westminster Abbey and James O'Donnell, commissioned by the Dean and Chapter of Westminster through the generosity of David Keltner. This nine-minute Magnificat and Nunc dimittis for mixed choir and organ is the fifth setting of the evening canticles by Muhly.
