To the Nines (Solo Percussion with Percussion Trio)

Solo Percussion with 3 percusionists. The soloist has two stations. Station one is a multi set-up containing metals and skins. The metal sounds can be suspended galvanized pipes or brake drums and the skins can either be 4 chinese toms and 2 congas or 3 bongos and 3 congas. Written for the Exit Nine, this piece demands advanced players ready for some seriously intense Burritt. Instrumentation: Player I: 6 Metals (pipes or brake drums), 6 Skins (Chinese Toms, Congas, Bongos), Bass Drum w/Pedal, Drumset Player II: 3 Tom-Toms, 2 Bongos, Bass Drum, Log Drums (2 pitches), Suspended Cymbal, Vibraphone/li> Player III: 3 Tom-Toms, 2 Bongos, Bass Drum, Marimba (5 octave), Medium Suspended Cymbal Player IV: 3 Tom-Toms, 2 Bongos, Bass Drum, Large Suspended Cymbal, Djembe, Crotales, Whip, Vibraslap, Marimba (share with player III)
