Come By Here makes extensive use of mallets, playing repeated ostinato accompaniment figures under the traditional "Kum ba Yah" melody. Optional percussion instruments add to the persistent rhythmic figures, and optional choir (SATB, SAA[T] or unison) provides added versatility.
